新華社報導，中國大陸全國人大常委會今天審議反恐怖主義法草案，可望建立國家反恐怖主義情報中心和跨部門情報資訊運行機制。

大陸第12屆全國人民代表大會常務委員會上午召開第11次會議，審議「反恐怖主義法（草案）」。這項草案對反恐工作體制機制責任、安全防範、情報資訊、應對處置等手段措施做出規定。

報導說，當前大陸反恐怖主義鬥爭形勢嚴峻複雜，暴力恐怖活動呈現出國際因素影響加大、案件趨於密集、線上線下互動等新趨勢；反恐怖主義工作適應形勢任務的發展變化，向實戰化轉型。

報導指出，在此情況下，大陸需要制訂一部專門的反恐怖主義法，完善反恐法律體系。此外，隨著反恐國際合作對象和範圍不斷拓展，進一步完善反恐法律制度，有利於在國際反恐合作中把握主動。

草案在情報資訊方面規定，建立國家反恐怖主義情報中心和跨部門情報資訊運行機制，統籌相關情報資訊工作。

除了對反恐工作領導機構和相關部門職責任務做出規定，草案也規定宣傳教育、網路安全管理、防範恐怖主義融資等措施，建立健全的恐怖事件應對處置預案體系，並規定反恐國際情報資訊交流、執法合作等內容。(中央社)
