嘉義縣民雄鄉34歲男子因發燒、頭暈、紅疹就醫，確診感染本土登革熱，成為嘉義縣今年第4例本土登革熱病例。

嘉義縣衛生局今天表示，衛生局是在3日晚上接獲疑似病例通報，隨即進行防治相關措施，4日採血檢驗，證實為登革熱陽性病例。

衛生局指出，這是繼11月24日布袋鎮73歲老翁通報確診本土性登革熱後，再傳本土性登革熱確診病例，由於兩人皆無出國及登革熱病例集中區活動史，顯示登革熱已進入社區。

衛生局表示，個案於11月27日出現發燒、頭暈症狀後，曾到民雄鄉某診所及嘉義市某醫院就診，因身上起紅疹，回診時醫師依症狀通報，經採血送驗確診為登革熱。

衛生局指出，與個案同住的家人，目前沒有不適症狀，衛生局已針對個案住家、工作地點、經常活動地區進行病媒蚊密度調查、孳生源清除、家戶宣導、環境消毒等，避免疫情擴大。(中央社)
