台北市長當選人柯文哲主辦的「I-Voting勞動局長－自己的局長自己選」勞動局長票選活動，已有130人登記參選，將由遴選委員會選出5人後，開放登記成為「選民」的民眾投票，角逐人選包括社運界人士。

柯文哲辦公室表示，目前登記票選人已經達到1萬多人，勞動局長候選人則有130人登記參選，柯文哲表示，遴選人選從原本公布的2位，增加到5人供民眾投票。

台北市產業總工會5日上午在台北101夥伴碑前舉行記者會推薦人民火大行動聯盟秘書長賴香伶。賴香伶說，投身社會運動及勞工運動超過25年，長期在勞資爭議調解委員會，深知基層勞工處境及雇主取巧手段，希望翻轉政治權利，助勞工爭取權益、重罰無良業者。

律師丁穩勝、吳俊達、邱顯智與曾威凱上午也在台北市公民廣場舉行記者會推薦東吳大學法律學系助理教授胡博硯。曾威凱表示，胡博硯兼具法律及勞資關係專業、豐富協調及改革勞動環境能力與魄力，有受勞雇雙方監督決心及抗壓性。
