馬：九二共識沒過時　為兩岸帶來正面效應

日前台北市長柯文哲質疑九二共識「過時了」，兩岸應制定新的互動基礎，馬英九總統昨接受媒體專訪時表示，憲法明定中華民國是民主國家，「這是民國36年確定的，難道也過時了？」

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，馬英九強調「柯市長要去多觀察了解一下，九二共識對台灣對大陸雙方關係帶來正面的效應！」，不管是台灣或大陸，過去7年來都認知一個事實，也就是1992年達成「一個中國、各自表述」的共識，是兩岸關係能夠和平發展、穩健走下去的基礎。

馬英九進一步表示，儘管九二共識已存在20年，但實際運作才7、8年，關鍵在於雙方都承認並全力運作，沒有過時問題，這也是兩岸目前所能找到的最好模式。（張鈜閔／綜合報導）
