教授因評委涉案 監委建請非常上訴

監察院14日通過調查報告，對已3審定讞的南港展覽館弊案提出質疑，指洩漏或買評委名單是沒有用的，尤其案中被以貪汙罪判重刑的7名教授，是否屬刑法上公務員，有商榷餘地；調查意見建議法務部轉檢察總長，研究是否提起非常上訴。

南港展覽館弊案中，內政部前部長余政憲被控外洩評審委員名單，由廠商郭銓慶向參與南港展覽館評審行賄得標，評委包括北科大副教授王隆昌、成大建築系教授江哲銘等7人，各依公務員貪汙罪，分別遭判7至8年重刑確定。
