不好用！中投區拒用會考10級量尺分數

為避免12年國教免試入學明年超額比序比不出高下、必須同分增額錄取，教育部在會考的3等級、4標示之外，增加10級的量尺分數，但台中市教育局長吳榕峯今天明確指出，10級量尺分數「不好用」，且家長不容易懂，中投區不會使用。
 
台灣師範大學今下午舉辦「縣市教育力與教育發展」學術研討會，邀請地方縣市教育局處長與會PK縣市教育力，媒體詢問明年高中職免試入學簡章有何改變，吳榕峯表示，預計15日之前將明年高中職免試入學招生簡章草案送給教育部，目前教育審議委員會尚未討論通過草案，但初步共識是把10個學校作為一個群組，志願序只有「30分、29分、28分」3種分數，不增加比序項目，同時不使用10級量尺分數，因為「不好用」，且家長不容易懂。
 
馮清皇也提到，基北區仍會堅持上周教育審議委員會通過的免試入學方案內容，明年免試入學將新增引用量尺成績的「會考總積點」項目，且排在第4順次，比志願序、寫作還前面，以降低爭議，他還說，高雄市之前都可以使用，為何北市不能用？有信心教育部看到內容之後會接受，「除非有不公平對待」。（許敏溶／台北報導）
