回扣45億！除柴智屏外　還有20台灣人涉案

製作人柴智屏涉嫌行賄央視遭中國境管，傳該案情升溫，行賄、收受回扣的黑心錢高達45億元台幣，除柴智屏外還有20名台灣人涉案。

今天出刊的《時報周刊》報導，中國官方的資料中，至少還有20名台灣電視、電影從業人員在限制出境的名單上，預估回扣總金額高達45億元。熟悉中國版權買賣的圈內人透露，其實一部電視劇要在中國播放，有許多「潛規則」，中國行規中買方會收15%當回扣，賣方則在海外支付避查緝，但因近來中國官方積極打貪，才會意外打到台灣這些「按規矩辦事」的從業人員。舉例來說，800多集的《意難忘》中，其中400集是柴智屏公司以1集約9萬元買下，賣給中盤商時1集變18萬元，最後央視以1集約60萬元買下，價格懸殊之大。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
