台灣中油公司薛姓員工涉嫌挪用公司帳戶作為個人還債等資金周轉，法務部調查局查獲，今天依業務侵占罪嫌移送雄檢偵辦。

薛男為台灣中油煉製事業部員工，被調查局洗錢防制處查出他的銀行帳戶有異常交易情形，且用途不明，交由調查局高雄市調查處進一步追查。

經由高雄市調處循線追查，查出薛男負責員工宿舍及出租辦公室的水電費代收等出納業務，保管存放代收款的金融機構帳戶存簿及主管印鑑，因此才有機會涉嫌侵占公款。

檢調查出，薛男是利用水電費每2個月繳納一次的機會，自民國98年起每次提領部分現金挪為個人還債或購買股票用途，至102年已挪用新台幣1780多萬元。

薛男將公司帳戶當作個人帳戶運用，且每次挪用公款後都適時歸墊款項，因此台灣中油公司並未發覺。

調查局高雄市調查處今天將全案依業務侵占罪嫌，移送高雄地檢署偵辦。(中央社)
