由交通部公路總局台北區監理所、新北市警察局及教育局組成的「新北市學幼童車聯合稽查小組」於23日下午4時至三重區永福國小實施學童課後接送車擴大聯合稽查。

本次攔檢7輛學幼童接送車輛，其中2輛違規，違規情形為1輛客貨車違規變更座椅，罰鍰3千6百元；及1輛幼童車載送7歲以上國小學童罰鍰3千元。針對上述違規情形，稽查人員依照道路交通管理處罰條例相關規定處以罰鍰並要求改善。

新北市教育局辦理課後接送車輛稽查頻率為全國之冠，每周至少安排3至4次稽查，統計103年1月1日至103年10月31日止，依據本市學童課後接送車輛聯合稽查統計資料顯示，路邊臨檢共計159次，其中查獲37輛違規幼童專用車、6輛違規補習班車輛、23輛違規客貨車。補習班車輛及客貨車常見違規事項為車身標示不清、超載及任意變更車體，另幼童專用車常見違規樣態為違規載送7歲以上學童、司機持普通駕照、車輛逾檢、滅火器過期或裝置不全、啟動防幼童勿開啟裝置未響。
