上海率先成立跨行政區法院

12月28日上午，上海市第三中級人民法院、上海市人民檢察院第三分院和上海智慧財產權法院正式成立。上海成為全大陸首個探索建立跨行政區劃的人民法院和人民檢察院的省市。

上海市委書記韓正，最高人民法院院長周強、最高人民檢察院檢察長曹建明為三家新成立的法院、檢察院揭牌並講話。
