遭影射涉頂新案 藍中常委劉大貝告周玉蔻

媒體人周玉蔻日前指控馬英九總統涉違法收受頂新政治獻金，也曾在臉書貼文中提到「中常委」，影射涉及頂新捐款案的是國民黨中常委劉大貝。劉大貝今天（27日）下午透過律師向台北地檢署對廣播主持人周玉蔻提出刑事加重誹謗罪告訴。

劉大貝22日聲明已指出，他與頂新集團毫無瓜葛，亦從未有過直接或間接之接觸。媒體人「爆料」之事，與他毫無關係。

劉大貝今天委任力鼎律師事務所律師張振興發表聲明指出，周玉蔻大肆散布對劉大貝不實指述，造成劉大貝的人格與名譽受到嚴重的貶損，涉有刑法加重誹謗罪的罪嫌，下午已向台北地檢署提出告訴。
