高雄勞檢 明年加強石化管線檢查

高雄市勞工局長鍾孔炤29日晚間說，明年將深度強化石化業的管線安全檢查，要求做好3D立體圖，以及外部管線以及內部管線各式安全測試標準作業流程（SOP），務必做到零缺失，將風險降到最低。

高雄市勞工局29日公布今年最後一波專案檢查違反勞基法企業名單，有38家上榜，違法事項以超時工作、未給加班費居多，包括福記加油站、澳美客牛排、馨蕙馨醫院等，分別開罰2萬至6萬元不等。

鍾孔炤指出，醫療保健服務業適用勞基法的勞工，沒有責任制，各單位須依法發給加班費，未來仍將持續勞動檢查並加重裁處。

鍾孔炤說，明年將與環保局合作，全面性清查高雄市石化廠內外管線，除了全面進行3D管線圖庫建檔外，各工廠要建立完善的石化管線標準作業流程。包括管線從外面進來，應怎麼維護，洩露時如何第一時間掌握測試，以及後續的應變措施等，都是重點所在。
