府：馬總統帳目禁得起嚴格檢驗

總統府今天表示，總統馬英九相關帳目已依法財產申報，禁得起嚴格檢驗，可供國稅局稽查，對民進黨民代惡意抹黑指控，總統府表示遺憾。

民主進步黨前台南市議員王定宇在社群網站臉書（facebook）質疑馬總統涉嫌逃稅，一件是民國93年5月25日，馬總統轉存新台幣300萬元到大姊馬以南的帳戶，另一件是馬總統夫婦匯款500多萬元給在美國的女兒。

總統府晚間透過新聞稿回應表示，馬總統夫婦匯給在美求學女兒的款項，依「遺產及贈與稅法」規定，不算贈與，不計入總額，何來逃稅之嫌？民國88年至93年間，馬總統夫婦分次匯給女兒的款項，也從未有單筆500多萬元的匯款。

總統府指出，馬以南因購屋需求，向馬總統借貸300萬元，之後陸續償還，馬總統也都有依法據實申報個人借貸債權，證明這是借款，不是贈與。

總統府表示，以上事實皆有所本，不論是公職人員財產申報表，或是銀行帳戶資料，都留下白紙黑字的完整紀錄，可供國稅局稽查。
