而立男，師範體系畢業，於台中社團法人某機構工作第7年了(當完兵第一份工作)。 靠自己努力逐年調整，目前是小主管， 每月薪資是39.6K，扣勞健保、再自提最高6%，每個月大概實領35K左右 但覺得工作環境萎靡，公司有些人貪圖機構人性化/彈性方便，有點坐領乾薪味道， -- 近來有點心灰意冷，個人一己之力無法影響機構某些伙伴(個人算是認真魔人)， 遂動了不如歸去念頭XD 看板上，發現台中薪資幅度超大， 這樣的歲數、這樣的薪資，重新找一份工作是否大家覺得值得一試?! -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.234.43.89 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1421139219.A.4F3.html
