標題[問題] 斷線頻繁又久 能要求賠償嗎

家裡用中華的 平常數據機剛插上去 要等一二十分鐘才能連線 連線時偶爾還會變紅燈三五分鐘 這些我都算了 最近開始紅燈越來越多 越來越久 昨天晚上大概七點多 斷到十點多 打電話去 說維修人員排到禮拜五才有空 昨晚十點多莫名其妙的能連了 今天下午四點多才回家 剛好維修人員來處理 到六點又斷了 我再打去 又說要明天才能來修 目前剛剛才恢復綠燈 不過已經火大打算直接換一家 但也要一兩個禮拜才能弄好 如果這段期間 一樣斷線頻繁 我能請求賠償或是有什麼好的處理辦法嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.48.102
