【短片】恐怖虐貓重摔致死　女業者還狂笑

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】再傳虐貓！宜蘭東門夜市一間「沙茶大王」羊肉湯業者，昨(28)日下午與越南籍妻子暴發口角，竟拿僅四個月大的幼貓出氣，在妻子面前當場重摔幼貓4次，企圖嚇妻，但其妻並不怕，反倒是狂笑，對幼貓被摔死毫不在意。摔貓過程全被多位民眾目擊，把過程PO網，引發大批網友撻伐，痛批他「太誇張」、「根本不是人！」甚至串連發動抵制行動。

《蘋果》找到業者，他起初否認，追問後，他才坦承有摔貓，但他強調「那隻是死貓」，但有不少目擊民眾致電《蘋果》說貓當時還是活的，甚至願意作證，而協助處理貓屍的寵物店業者也說，貓屍體送到店裡體溫還是熱的，鮮血還在冒，「根本是活活被摔死！」

宜蘭縣動植物防疫所指出，將調查此案，若是故意虐殺貓，依《動保法》最重恐面臨一年以下有期徒刑。
