消基會:eTag外 還有2種繳費選擇! 高速公路「計程收費」預計9月上路，但您知道其實如果不裝eTag，也還有其他的收費方式 嗎?消費者文教基金會今天(28號)召開記者會，表示「計程收費」方式，其實除了eTag， 還包括其他兩種，但高公局及遠通電收只大力宣導eTag，不僅讓用路人誤解，甚至還有 強迫綁架OBU使用者之嫌。 消基會副秘書長林宗男高分貝抨擊，高公局及遠通電收大力宣導、鼓勵民眾安裝eTag，好 像不裝就無法開上高速公路一般，但事實上，除了安裝eTag外，其實民眾還可以使用「預 付登記、影像收費（VTP）」及「未申裝且未預付、登記採過站後繳費」兩種方式。 但高公局與遠通電收不僅缺乏宣導，這兩種收費方式的成本由誰負擔？「預付登記、影像 收費」若影像不清、「未申裝且未預付登記、採過站後繳費」若繳費通知未收到，消費者 的權益該如何自保？這些細節，全民都不清楚！消基會表示，目前還有43萬台舊款OBU使用 者，尚未退OBU價金，而這些用戶若不在9月前先轉為eTag用戶，當初購機的680元到1190 元將完全不能退還，也就是OBU不能直接退現金，只能轉為eTag儲值金。消基會認為，OBU 退費和是否轉用eTag是兩件不同的事情，高公局及遠通電收不應為了讓eTag使用率增加， 而以「轉用eTag儲值金」的方式，來綁架OBU使用者， 還讓消費者誤以為只有eTag一種繳費方式。 來源: http://tw.news.yahoo.com/%E6%B6%88%E5%9F%BA%E6%9C%83-etag%E5%A4%96- %E9%82%84%E6%9C%892%E7%A8%AE%E7%B9%B3%E8%B2%BB%E9%81%B8%E6%93%87-051240427.html 心得: 原本貼在前擋的貼紙感應不良被要求去換貼超醜的車頭燈, 還被寄信威脅說如果不換就轉成全民體驗方案, 還備份給高公局 這種官商勾結的公司, 看來可以不用理它了... .. -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 202.39.226.12
