舉林克穎為例　檢方押王凱傑失敗

【綜合報導】檢方不服王凱傑被交保，昨立即抗告，並舉英商林克穎潛逃為例，認為王男亦有逃亡之虞。但高院駁回抗告，認為王男現為淡大學生，還有完成學業的誘因，加上人脈、財力有限，尚難認定有逃亡之虞，至於林克穎則是來台經商、有相當財力，二者無必然關聯性。
