設定朋友應該指你facebook你的所有朋友，
而名單是你facebook的朋友來用設定(名單)噹做劃分設定，
所以設定朋友的話只要是你的朋友都看的到，
不然你也可以用分享有個自訂就可以直接設定不想讓誰看到，
