以下有抱怨成份,請小心閱讀,謝謝^^ 上禮拜是我第一次進去這家店 看中了一雙鞋,但太大了沒有我的size 店員說不然幫我訂 我都還沒說好,他就急著寫單了 我問清楚後他說貨已經在海關了 3天就會到 到了會電話通知我 我就欣然下單也付了訂金了 結果等了5天都沒電話、簡訊 打過去問一下到貨了沒 但店員口氣很差 一付沒收到簡訊你就繼續等的感覺 然後跟我要了單號,說等下回電 後來說國外斷貨了,問我要不要換 我當下沒想那麼多 想說很喜歡這雙鞋 就請她把原本太大的那雙幫我留著 掛了電話才想到: 啊不是在海關了?怎麼會斷貨? 斷貨不用通知買家嗎? 還要我打去問? 是怎? 我覺得這種不主動又疑似不誠實的態度很爛 下次不會去消費了。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 101.3.58.88 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ChungLi/M.1418998101.A.32E.html
