大陸安邦保險以2.19億歐元（新台幣85.6億元）購併戴爾塔．羅伊德銀行集團（Delta Lloyd）的比利時子集團之後，近來又躍升為中國大陸民生銀行第一大股東。

大陸財新網報導，民生銀行18日晚間發布公告，安邦保險再次對民生銀行進行增持，截至17日止，累計持有民生銀行30.85億股，占總股份的9.06%。

另外，中國中小企業投資有限公司17日將其持有的民生銀行0.94%股票的表決權委託給安邦，委託期限1年。因此，安邦保險占民生銀行有表決權股份總數的10%，成為民生銀行第一大股東。

安邦保險創辦人吳小暉是已故中共領導人鄧小平的外孫女婿，其妻是鄧小平次女鄧楠的女兒鄧卓芮。

這家保險集團知名度暴漲起源於10月間收購紐約華爾道夫酒店，一時聲名大噪，接著又收購比利時百年老牌保險公司Fidea。

安邦保險集團近來的併購行動被市場人士稱為「有錢且任性」；安邦保險除了是民生銀行最大股東外，目前在大陸招商銀行累計持股達10%。

民生銀行是中國大陸第一家由民間資本設立的全國性商業銀行，成立於1996，目前該公司在上海及香港兩地掛牌上市。(中央社)
