華義減資案重新起算

證期局指出，華義國際數位娛樂公司申報減資案，因申報書件不完備補件，申報生效日重新起算。

金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局表示，華義國際數位娛樂公司申報減少資本，消除普通股1454萬9300股，每股面額10元，總額新台幣1億4549萬3000元；因申報書件不完備，於9月2日補件。

因此，依「發行人募集與發行有價證券處理準則」規定，自完成補件日重新起算，如無重大異常，預計屆滿12個營業日申報生效。
