今日出版的《蘋果》報導，原本體重83公斤的女子小君(28歲)，透過國健署建置的「健康體重諮詢管理專線」，把食物圖片LINE給該專線，回傳該食物的熱量，謹慎飲食且勤於運動，突破減重瓶頸，4個月甩油7公斤

「健康體重諮詢管理專線」0800367100，把每餐吃的食物拍照LINE給專家協助計算食物熱量，且提供運動建議，上路3年已協助138人平均減重3.4公斤。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
