一、快速剝馬鈴薯皮

馬鈴薯建議先煮再去皮,營養的流失會較少。去皮時,可以利用冰鎮法,快速又不怕燙手。

把馬鈴薯中間先劃一圈,再放入水中煮。

煮好後立刻泡冷水。

泡過水後就可以輕鬆去皮。
